GoogleWe are in the process of purchasing a property through WardEstate and couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding level of service I received. The process is smooth, professional, and far exceeded our expectations. The entire team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring everything went as stress-free as possible.
A special mention must go to Miss Nicola Hoops, whose dedication and attention to detail made all the difference. Nicola is not only incredibly efficient but also warm, approachable, and always one step ahead. She keeps us fully informed throughout the buying process, answering every question with patience and clarity. It was clear she genuinely cares about making the experience a positive one.
Even when minor issues arose, Nicola handled them quickly and effectively, providing reassurance and practical solutions. Her commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is rare and deeply appreciated - Thank you Nicola.
Thanks to WardEstate, and especially Nicola, what could have been a daunting process, Nicola made us feel safe and reassured. I would highly recommend WardEstate to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleI cannot recommend Ward Estates, and particularly Nicola Hopps, highly enough! My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of selling my home through Ward Estates an independent estate agent in Hertford. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I took up his recommendation. First and foremost they are just lovely people and cannot do enough for you. They are so helpful and professional. I dealt with Nicola and what a breath of fresh air she was. She kept the chain moving, kept me up to date on what was happening and ironed out the problems which inevitably arise during houses moves, straight away without fuss. The biggest accolade I can pay her and Ward Estates generally was when you buyers told me what a lovely helpful girl she was and they wished they had gone with her. From start to finish a thoroughly professional and dress free experience.

GoogleI am about to purchase my first property with Ward Estates, they have been nothing but amazing the whole way through the process. Considering my partner and I knew nothing about buying a property, Nicola was extremely helpful. She always kept in contact and gave regular updates. Also, she was pleasant and friendly to talk to which made what I know can be a stressful process, nice and calm.

GoogleWe had a series of unfortunate issues with various purchases due to leasehold problems which frustrated our Buyers. We felt that Wards could have managed the Buyers' expectations better, and we moved to another local agent after the Buyers pulled out. We re-sold quickly and thank Lisa and Nicola for their efforts.
