Hamptons Hertford were excellent managing all viewings and lining up five potential purchasers for our home. They achieved the full asking price for us but beyond that there communication was excellent keeping us fully up to date on progress and responding promptly to any enquiries we had. In particular, Alex who led on our sale was able to keep our buyer on board whilst we looked for a suitable property which was holing up the chain.

Without Alex I could never envisage I would be where I am today, about to move and start life in a new home. Having already lost one sale, I changed to Hamptons and was immediately struck by the professionalism of the office in Hertford. Straight away a viewing was actioned, which turned into a sale and although the journey has not been without hiccups, none of which was due to Hamptons, Alex has always been at the end of the phone when things took a wrong turn. His commitment to his clients is second to none and his guidance and assurances helped me manage, what is a extremely stressful time, and push on to the finishing line. There was never a time when he was not able to communicate with me, even when I thought he should not be working. Our experience purchasing a property through Hamptons was really good as far as house buying experiences go, and Alex is clearly at the top of his game. The sale was close to falling through on two occasions due to a number of issues with the property and Alex persevered in getting these resolved.
