Not a care in the world - emailed them about a flat in Wimbledon (via Rightmove)... walked past their office, saw them sitting in there chatting and laughing. Received no call back, no email. HOPELESS and obviously not interested at all.

I have a great experience with Hamptons, whenever I needed it I was promptly attended to by Rebecca Hitchman who was very polite and attentive, responding immediately and sent solutions to all my requests.
