GoogleIf you are checking reviews because you have seen a property to rent on Rightmove thatβs advertised with this agent then run a mile. Thatβs unless you are looking for a landlord who puts up your rent by an insane % annually and doesnβt lift a finger when it comes to repairs. These guys are for landlords who are looking to extort tenants. Avoid avoid avoid.

GoogleJoke of a letting agency! Contacted numerous times via email (as stated in all the adds on Rightmove). When I called after one of my emails, was rudely told to email and not call and that once they'll get to emails they will answer. Got the exact same email each time, fill in the questionnaire, ok done, second email, -this property has high demand, we are fully booked and will let you know if anything changes. Never heard back, yet one of the properties was since reduced on Rightmove, by them, which means there was no interest in it and I was happy to pay the asking rent amount before the reduction π€¦ββοΈincome p/a more than enough for all the properties that I have inquired for. oh well, hopefully the landlord reads this π I'm in contact with a number of letting agencies as looking for a place, all have been absolutely amazing! If you have a choice to stay clear from these rude ladies, please do x

GoogleWhat a joke, canβt even do anything over the phone have to put it all in an email.. great customer service that.. Iβm here on the phone, while someoneβs being paid, why donβt you just take the details down.. like the good old days, build some rapport with your customers.. na sod that.. go to our website and you do it all yourself.. lazy

GoogleThis business discriminates based on assumptions made about people- when I attempted to book a viewing, Beverley assumed that I would drop out of the process due to the status of my sale, despite the fact I made it clear that I would proceed with the rental in any event. Very concerning that assumptions are made without any factual basis- a form of client profiling. Avoid!
