I first met Alison and David a year ago when I dropped by their office to discuss the sale of a property. I must say how impressed I was with them both. They were both proactive and enthusiastic in their endeavours to assist. For years I have often dreaded the quagmire in which I've found myself in other estate transactions. They have been an absolute delight and have gone above and beyond to serve my requirements. The estate industry can often be both confusing and exasperating at times. It has been refreshing to have such a professional and attentive team serving my needs, from listing to closing. Whether it's a small dwelling, a business, or hectares of land, I'd highly recommend VC Estates.

We used VC Estate to sell our house. Although we had not heard of them before, we found Michael Brading to be honest and extremely hard working in the run up to the sale, and the sale itself. I really couldn’t recommend this company any higher. They are a breathe of fresh air. Thankyou VC Estates.

One couldn't have wished for a more helpful and professional estate agent than when we met David at a recent viewing. He immediately put my partner and I at ease and was able to inform us of every aspect of the property, garden and surrounding area. Ideas of how to change the layout if we so desired were mentioned and he had even gone to the trouble of finding how much this would cost. After seeing all the rooms we were allowed to wander of on our own, which was really helpful and something I'd not experienced before when viewing a property. The seller is lucky to have him. What can I add - just first class.

As a potential buyer we found David to be such a joy to deal with. A really down to earth guy who just oozes likeability and service. Although he couldn't be at the viewing himself he made sure both we and the owners had all the info we needed to know about the house and each others situation and the before and follow up calls from him were both timely and again, super friendly. Wish more agents could adopt this amazing persona.

Can’t recommend vc estates enough ,David and Alison are an excellent team . After having other estate agents round and being a bit sceptical about valuations we were given ,we contacted vc estates . David gave us a realistic valuation we decided to go with David . We had a deal agreed in a matter of weeks and the whole process went as smoothly as it possibly could ,kept informed of everything as we went .
