Teresa and Andreas in the lettings team have always responded quickly to resolve any issues and have kept us fully informed throughout. We have felt absolutely confident in leaving the management of our property to them and would use them again in the future without hesitation.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic agents. I highly recommend David Clarke to anyone. The renting process was very quick and easy. I was always communicated with in a timely manner and the staff are extremely professional. I had one small leak yesterday, the next working day someone came to fix it. My flat is perfect, all dealt with through a perfect agent. They are a credit to Herne Bay businesses. Thank you.
