GoogleIt's a new development that is in part a building site,the roads are part built but are shoddy,there is always mud on the roads & it's not uncommon to have construction plant driving on the roads. The houses are all the same boxes with roofs & you only have pavements in places not all the way around the estate,there are only small gardens with these properties,not for people who like outside space.

GoogleThe properties are really well planned. Houses aren't too packed together. Just need to get the rest of the roads done on top, and everything will be just perfect..
