Dear Philip, we have no record of your details on our Hereford office system as either vendor, prospective purchaser or having made an enquiry, so I wonder if you can please get in touch so I can understand why you have left us a 1 star rating please? I'm concerned you maybe intended leaving it for another office or business? If you feel we have had business dealings, please let me know how we have let you down so we can go some way to putting this right - our customer service is really important so I was very upset to see this, with no explanation, just the rating. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Alison
