Diamond Sales & Lettings reviews

I contacted Diamond sales and letting to rent my flat for me. Nicky the owner met me on the Monday morning to do a viewing. The flat was on their website in the afternoon. We had viewings on the Friday of that week. Everything was sorted with a tenant in roughly 10 days. Nicky was very knowledgeable and professional in the way everything was handled. Her office staff were very helpful and friendly. A mention for Connie who was handling everything. She was very helpful and informative. 10 out of 10

Nicky Sheppard has been amazingly helpful in helping us to let out our property. We are in the early stages at the moment and she really has gone above and beyond. She very kindly even popped a letter out to the house to save us having to pick it up from town. I wouldn't have any doubt in recommending her services. Thanks Nicky

Well I honestly just am lost for words.... had a lady called Connie deal with us and the communication was brilliant from day dot... I'm extremely annoying and I don't stop messaging but she handled it so flaming well. Viewed a house on the 18th June and getting the keys on the 5th July. Can not recommend enough.. she went above and beyond. My credit scoring isn't the best at all and she still managed to get us our new home 😊

Went in a bit disheartened from a previous estate agent, immediately Nicky greeted us and put our mind at ease. She was really helpful in giving us the best options for what we wanted, kept in contact when properties were available and even remembered us by name. This was the best experience me and my partner had with any letting company. Very happy with the customer service, we could not recommend enough !!!!
