GoogleWe put our house on the market back in February 2019. With elections, Brexit, coronavirus and more, it took a long time to get the right person through the door. But the team at Henley Savills never failed to push our property or respond to feedback. A fabulous experience overall. Charlie and Ryan in particular stood out for us. The process of reaching exchange was particularly fraught, but they went above and beyond any expectation in getting issues resolved in a timely fashion. Especially I appreciated the regular telephone updates from Adam Sayers. So often agents hide behind a late Friday email but not Savills. They pick up the phone. Great. Thanks.

GoogleCharlie Knapp in lettings was in charge of looking after a rental property in Woodcote for us. He was always efficient, friendly and a general pleasure to deal with. Charlie offered good advice and helped us deal with some tricky tenants firmly but politely. I really don't think we could have had service that was any better. We have now sold the house but if we buy another rental property we will definately want him looking after it.

GoogleProceed with caution or even better - avoid at all costs. I took on a property through Savills Henley on Thames, to experience every imaginable problem, all within just 6 month of tenancy. Environmental Health now called in which has injected a little life into Savills, Henley on Thames. Savills Henley of Thames pass all responsibility to landlord and will not accept any responsibility, although Savills Henley on Thames took a healthy introduction fee from me, receive a monthly rental and charge the landlord a management fee. Landlords & tenants, look elsewhere. If there was a 'star' for 'health warning' I would have selected.

GoogleIt has been a delight using Savills to find our first rental property in Henley. A super friendly, approachable and polite team. Being first timers to the rental market they made finding a place for us easy and that fully met our needs. Tom Hyde especially is probably one of the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful negotiators I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He is super pro-active, nothing is ever too much trouble and when he says he’ll look into something then he does so and resolves any matter quickly without any fuss. Although the lettings hub system seemed a little arduous at times, Tom led us through the process and explained every step clearly. Looking forward to having the team manage the property for us with the comfort that we are in the best hands for the job. I cannot recommend the Savills team highly enough.

Linda has looked after us throughout and its down to her that the process has gone as well as it has. She always thought of us when something came up and new exactly what we were looking for. If we were to move again there is no one else we would use, she has been absolutely fantastic!
