If estate agents had a fan club, we would be front row waving a giant banner for Harts Estate Agents. From start to finish, the whole experience felt less like a stressful property purchase and more like being gently (and very efficiently) guided to exactly where we were meant to be. Dale deserves a special spotlight, equal parts professional, proactive, and reassuring, she somehow made even the trickiest moments feel completely under control. You always got the sense she genuinely wanted us to get the house, not just close a deal, and that made all the difference. And then there’s Mandy, who is basically the definition of thorough and efficient. Nothing slipped through the cracks, every detail was handled with care, and her calm, organised approach kept everything moving like clockwork (even when we were probably overthinking everything!). Together, they went above and beyond at every step, answering questions, chasing things up, and making us feel like more than just another transaction. It honestly felt like they were rooting for us the whole way through. Buying a house can be a rollercoaster, but thanks to Dale and Mandy, ours felt more like a very well-managed journey. I cannot recommend Mandy from Harts highly enough. What should have been a straightforward sale turned into an incredibly complex and protracted process, due to a number of legal and third-party complications entirely outside of her control. Throughout this, Mandy was consistently outstanding. She was always responsive, returned calls promptly, and kept communication flowing between all parties at a time when this was absolutely critical. More importantly, she went above and beyond what would normally be expected of an estate agent, proactively chasing solicitors, managing expectations on all sides, and providing calm, practical guidance when the situation became particularly challenging. Her persistence, professionalism, and genuine commitment to getting the deal over the line played a significant role in ensuring the sale ultimately completed. Without her involvement, I am confident the transaction would have fallen through. If you are looking for an estate agent who is proactive, reliable, and truly invested in achieving the best outcome for their clients, Mandy is exactly that.

She was incredibly friendly and welcoming at our viewing; was always on hand to answer all of our questions throughout the process and liaised with all stakeholders in order to push for as quick a completion as possible, which we were after. Additionally, she made herself available at short notice to let us in prior to exchange to measure everything we needed to for furniture.
