GoogleHaving sold my property though Earle office in Henley in Arden I can highly recommend these agents. They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

GoogleOur sale which finally completed this week has given me faith in the role of estate agents and that there are really good agents out there after some genuinely terrible earlier experiences. Emily was calm and professional from start to finish (even when I was neither of those things!). She not only found a buyer and got us three different offers within ten days of going on the market at a price that we were happy with but she went above and beyond to keep the chain together, to make sure we didn't lose our buyers when their sale fell through and to give me enough information to make the process as low stress and un-traumatic as possible. Highly recommended.

GoogleGreat and welcoming service from the team! Much thanks to Emily, Georgia and Roger who assisted in promptly finding and organising a house to rent. All were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions, concerns and dealing with all the paperwork and renting admin that comes with moving to the UK and renting a house for the first time here. Would very much recommend their services :)

GoogleI tried this firm to sell my property several times over the last five years and never got beyond a visit. If you call them they ignore you. If you don’t call them they ignore you. Then they become indignant when you point out to them how unprofessional they are. I suppose in this local area, around Henley in Arden, they have their “friends” and that is why I persisted with them. But honestly you come away from dealing with these buffoons with a rather unpleasant suspicion that they are not only casual and sloppy but aloof and totally indifferent to you unless you happen to fit their idea of a John Earle client. Estate agents are generally that particular breed of semi skimmed “professional”, who make awful lot of money by convincing you they are doing an awful lot of work but this coven is dreadful even by the unchallenging standards of the species. What truly adds to my sense of unease about them is that they advised the seller of the property that it was worth more than twice it’s actual valuation when I bought the property originally 12 years ago.
