GoogleWe’ve been renting in Brighton and Hove for over 15 years, and our experience with Stevens Lettings has been by far the best. The team is incredibly friendly, super understanding, and genuinely personable - they go above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs made everything so much easier, and we now feel valued as tenants. We couldn’t recommend Stevens Lettings more!

GoogleI let one of their employees cross the road in front of my car on Greyhound lane, SW16 yesterday. This guy decided to walk in the road, preventing me from driving and resulting in the lights turning red. This shows an arrogance and a lack of consideration for others. Don't sell your house with these (PROFANE LANGUAGE WAS CENSORED).
Hi Damian, sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. I would however just like to point out that we are an Estate Agent based in Henfield, just outside Brighton so 40+ miles away. They arranged for the house to be professional cleaned before move in and we are thoroughly enjoying our new home. Would highly recommend.

GoogleUnfortunately we had a really bad experience with Stevens. We found them to be condescending and unhelpful most of the time. Being first time buyers we were hoping for a little more understanding. There were lots of points where we felt really let down, however the biggest for us had to be when they did not inform us we could come and collect the keys to our new house, we were waiting all day for them to let us know they keys were ready and they just didn't bother. No congratulations or apology on collection when we decided to go to the office ourselves. Disgusting. We almost thought they had done it on purpose. They had the keys sat there all day since completion in the morning. To put it simply they were focused on their commission, Kevin (I believe he is the owner) even told me himself over the phone at one point he just wanted the sale to go through so he got his money. My family were completely shocked at the way they treated us, I just hope they don't treat anyone else the same way again. Please be a little more thoughtful and professional in the future.

GoogleHaving recently [Oct’17] purchased our property via Stevens Estate Agents, we were really pleased with the service throughout the entire process. During our property search, Gary made a great effort selling in the features of prospective properties as opposed to just letting us in to look around. Once the purchase got underway Gary and Carolynne kept in regular communication with all parties and really got things moving when responses from solicitors had slowed down. They kept the sale on track and we are very happy with our new home. Thank you Stevens.

GoogleThe whole team at Stevens were great from the initial phone call to request a valuation to handing over the keys. Good knowledge of the current local housing market was very evident. Despite being a probate sale for a house that was sadly neglected and in need of extensive renovation there was no hesitation in taking it on with good grace and a sense of optimism! Emails and phone calls kept me informed throughout the process. My wishes were accepted and acted on with understanding and everything was done to keep things moving along in conjunction with a very good conveyancing solicitor.
