These guys are very nice and courteous before you move in but once you're leaving they'll try their best to keep your deposit. Stay clear of this agency, they don't have any ethics. I was lucky the deposit protection scheme intervened and had taken my own pictures. STAY AWAY!!!

Delighted with the service that Belvoir have provided. The property was previously managed by another agent who were unable to resolve a number of outstanding issues with the flat, Belvoir took over the management and within a matter of weeks all the issues were resolved. Worst letting experience in my life. The DPS had to intervene for me to get my deposit back. These people falsely claimed that I had burnt the TV stand and tried to make me buy a new bed and mattresses claiming I damaged them. If you must use them make sure you take your own pictures. These people aren't ethical! Luckily I had taken my own pictures and that's what saved my deposit.

After having a very unpleasant experience with our previous letting agent and landlord, my husband and I were very careful to chose an agency with a great reputation for customer service. Belvoir did not disappoint! Adrienne and Josh helped us to find a great flat that is just perfect for our needs. We are so excited about our new place! They gave excellent advice and went above and beyond in helping us with a difficult situation with our previous tenancy.
