Welcome to Martin & Co Helston. We specialise in residential lettings and house sales in Helston, extending to The Lizard, Hayle and Camborne. The Branch Directors are husband and wife team Jon and Felicia Sampson. Felicia opened their Falmouth office in 2013 and it is now established as the number one letting agent in the area. After 25 years of service in the Royal Navy Jon joined Felicia in the business. ARLA qualified and with hands-on experience as a landlord himself, Jon offers support to customers and investors alike. Along with their team they enjoy the constant reward of finding homes for clients to buy and rent. GoogleVery rude when communicating. Arranged for flat vieing in the flat we were renting, they showed up an hour early and let themselves into our home! They were very rude about it also, not a good experience!

I have gone back through our records and can see a lot of email communication with regards to the end of your tenancy and deposit but can't see anything to suggest it was rude.
