GoogleThe company is a joke, bruce only rents home to people he likes and if you don't fit his image then you don't have a chance of getting anything from them In response to your reply....thank you!! that's is the exact kind of discrimanate proof I required from yourselves to show to my solicitor tomorrow
I'm very sorry you feel that way. We rent hundreds of houses every year to satisfied clients but we do have minimum standards which tenants are required to provide.

GoogleDo not use these people. Supposed to have a viewing on a monday but sparky needed to do work but didn't return keys when he should have. Mested us about something rotten finally got to look at Douglass road property at 1700 after chasing the office in hedon. Rang left a message to say we wanted it tuesday night and rang wednesday to make sure paid £75 and did checks and passed. Told it needed a gas safety inspection so will ring end of that week or begining of following week. Finally got through 3 weeks later. Due to the fact needed to be out of current property asap the checky person in the hedon office said they have not messed us about at all. Cowboy company STAY WELL AWAY.
