The Excellent Katie from Beercocks Kingswood

Katie from Beercocks Kingswood, has been excellent. She was professional throughout. She listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing advice and support. The real unique difference to other agents is she was always available working well beyond office hours as she really puts her heart and soul into her business. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

Great team to deal with

Fabulous photos taken of our house to go onto Rightmove. Great communication at all times, especially so when we lost our buyers! Through the whole stressful process to finding new buyers Kara and Katrina have been great.

Exceptional representation of my property…

As a self confessed ‘picky customer’ with high standards, I surprise myself that I have nothing but good to say about Beercocks! Henry has given us an exceptional experience from beginning to end! He had nothing but patience. Felt listened to, valued and respected as a customer! 10/10 for the photos, video and description. As a frequent house seller I would always now choose Beercocks!

Good experience

Good experience so far with Beercocks. Agents have been informative, patient and kept in touch at all stages of first time buying. I had a good experience viewing houses with them also, their agents were always on time or early.

I have recently sold two properties and I am totally grateful to all the staff. Elaine, Kim, Abbie and Shellie have all been so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. I have however, told them in the nicest possible way, that I hope I do not see them again :-). Thank you all

The friendly team at Beercocks have been so helpful - making the sad and difficult task of selling our parents house so much easier. They have handled all the arrangements with sensitivity and professionalism; they managed all viewings and kept us up-to-date with appointments and feedback from viewers. Thank you

10/10 - sold under pre-sale

Cannot fault the experience with Beercocks. A super quick sale achieving asking price just on pre-market launch! Communication at all levels has been clear and frequent, couldn’t have asked for more.

Google

I received an excellent and professional service from Beercocks’ Hedon office in the sale of our late Aunt’s house in Thorngumbald. The valuation was free, and it was also the most accurate we received. The For Sale sign was put up the day after I signed the agreement, and we had viewings within a week. Beercocks made the whole process of selling run smoothly and hassle free, and the property sold only 6 weeks after it went on the market. I would definitely recommend Beercocks to anyone who wants to sell a property.
