The superheroes of house buying and selling

We recently used Beercocks for both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new one, and the service we received throughout was exceptional.

No complaints

Feedback on viewings was initially a bit slow but the team was always willing to help and offer advice and Jane and Rob were always extremely helpful.Hopefully we have the right buyer and things will continue to progress well.

Fantastic team - 100% recommend!

Really friendly and professional team at Beercocks, they really make you feel looked after and like they genuinely want to help sell your house and for the right price as well. The photos of our home were great and the video made was fantastic. We’d definitely recommend them. Quick to respond and very helpful. Very supportive of someone new to the process as well. Thanks for all your help!

Faultless

Faultless - Elliott and Tracy were the two people I mainly dealt with and they were helpful far beyond what I expected. Chasing slow solicitors, communicating between all parties etc. Nothing bad to say at all.

Superb service

Beercocks Beverley have been superb in every way in my house sale. I’ve always felt treated by all the staff there, “as a person, not a number’. They guided me through the process from beginning to end with expertise, friendliness and efficiency. I want to mention Nicky Moss, their Sales Progression Specialist in particular who has been my saviour in liaising with my solicitors who themselves did not communicate. Nicky always kept me informed. She really went the extra mile in the support she gave. The solicitors made it a difficult process for me but I knew I could always rely on Nicky and that made all the difference.I don’t know how I would have managed the process without her. She has been truly superb and I cannot thank her enough. A really superb and five star service from Beercocks Beverley. Thank you.

Well done Top Negotiator

Well, what can i say we have never had a problem with any of the staff at Beercocks. It's the staff that makes the company. Professional, Helpful and understanding your needs.we have used Beercockes several times in the past.We have just sold again, within one hour of the property going on the market we had sold, our house. The house before it was only three hours and several offers. What a service our last negotiator Jess {NEWLAND BRANCH} you couldn't ask for a more helpful young lady very pleasant full of information and a credit to the company, switched on and on the Ball.
