Bramley's in Heckmondwike were brilliant when I was selling my Mum's house. Carreen came to do the initial valuation; she is friendly and knowledgeable, put me at ease. Dealing with my local branch made it feel more like family! Amy is a great communicator; I fully trusted her very efficient approach. Jean was very helpful on some telephone enquiries I made. From my personal experience, professional service and a genuine and friendly approach put Bramley's at the top! My daughter also used Bramley's in Heckmondwike to sell her house. Another success; like me, she was super pleased with the service!

I have just bought a house marketed by Bramleys with Alice as the sales Negotiator. The process took 4 months but throughout it all, Alice was fantastic at keeping me up to date and answering any questions that I or the seller had. Unfortunately due to the increase of Stamp Duty, the Solicitors on both sides were very difficult to contact and Alice was not kept up to date by them. I cannot thank Alice enough for her time and efforts throughout! Was a pleasure to speak to her and provided a friendly service. Would highly recommend! A very pleasant experience working with Bramleys. From my very first contact with Amy, I found her to be super friendly, efficient and great in her communication but also very knowledgeable. Her passion and commitment to customer service was evident as nothing was of any trouble to her. Jean also was just as friendly and kept in regular contact. Great service by Amy in the Mirfield office. The purchase of a new home was very stressful due to constantly chasing solicitors for updates in the chain. I had to purchase a property offered for sale by Bramleys, Heckmondwike, that, unfortunately, was being sold through probate. The vendors solicitors were very slow and difficult to deal with for myself and my conveyancing solicitor, with scant information to offer. Fortunately Amy and Jean were incredibly helpful in pushing the vendors solicitors and executors in order to keep the ball rolling over the strenuous 3 months, keeping me updated and informed throughout, finally getting the required result. (I often thought Amy was taking on more than any of the solicitors, in making the sale happen) Additional viewings at the property were always accommodated, with Coreen happy to help with any information that was available. If I had to put my house on the market I would definitely use Bramleys, with there proffesional and caring approach and five star service. Solid 5* For Excellence I cannot recommend the services of Bramleys enough. Their help, assistance and professionalism were superb, especially as it was to market my 85 year old Mum's house. Gemma valued the house and guided Mum through the whole process with ease, organising the EPC, and sorted all the viewings with a 100% successful conclusion. The ladies in the Heckmondwike branch were wonderful sorting the negotiations, pushing the conveyancing process at every opportunity and were tremendous at every step. They were a very happy bunch and I cannot praise them enough. We had 3 valuations and Bramleys were absolutely right for selling Mum's house for so many reasons- their location, their fees, their knowledge of the area, negotiating skills, and the wonderful rapport they made happen between Mum, themselves and myself (daughter).
