GoogleI Can not thank the team at Reeds Rain Hebburn enough. They done a phenomenal job selling my house. Sarah's photography was above and beyond and explaining the process, Carols great advice, Steph's selling skills and Alara was the calm voice at the end of the phone when needed, making a challenging process feel smooth. I would highly recommend.

GoogleThese are by far the best estate agents in the area. I have recently purchased a property which was up with them and the process from start to finish was pretty much stress free. The girls are so helpful and went out of their way to chase things with the seller and solicitors. It was such a personal service what was amazing because some estate agents you feel like you are just a number. Thank you girls again, I'm now settled in my lovely new home

GoogleWe cannot commend Reed Rains and its staff enough, We are about to undertake, a life changing experience, courtesy of the team at the Hebburn branch. We viewed a property on the Saturday, by the Wednesday, we had been provisionally accepted and by the Thursday, we have been cleared to proceed, The intention for this, is a lifelong, long term let, The Team have been absolutely brilliant, from start to finish. From Carole and Ria, who initially spoke to my wife, to Stephanie, who showed us round the property on the Saturday, and to their continued assistance and support. We are letting this property with the intention of it being lifelong, however, for any of you who may be looking to let, buy or sell? I cannot recommend this estate agents and its team enough. They are truly professional, compassionate, supportive, informative and a credit to their field and profession. Thank you to them all, from 3 truly, appreciative customers. FacebookCan’t recommend Reeds Rains Hebburn enough! We put our house on the market on Friday and had a viewing and an offer of the asking price by 12pm on the Saturday. All staff were all so professional and did everything they could to ensure we were able to move as smooth and swiftly as possible. If you want an estate agent who goes above and beyond, Carole and Sarah at the Hebburn branch are fantastic! Thanks everyone! X

FacebookSpecifically the Reeds Rains branch in St Helens.I can not recommend against using this company strongly enough. A continuous repetition of sales spiel backed up with nothing but hot air and hollow lies. DO NOT give them any money up front for "Enhanced Photography" as this serves no purpose whatsoever. DO NOT allow them to lie about the valuation of your property simply to prevent another agent from having it to sell.DO NOT expect a call back with updates.DO NOT expect them to proactively promote your property. DO NOT expect any accountability when errors occur and your requests continuously get ignored.DO not expect that your complaint will be taken seriously when you "elevate" it to the main office. DO NOT expect that staff are invested in your situation as they leave without even informing their colleagues. DO NOT expect any realistic action from this company. DO NOT expect that they will inform you that your property will no longer appear as agreed in the newspaper.DO NOT expect them to even advertise your property at the correct price!!Unless you are happy for your property to fester, languish and become unsellable after too long in the market then feel free for Reeds Rains to ruin any hope you had of moving.Yours,Previously reasonable seller.

GoogleThe agents are rude and untrustworthy are not reliable. Then for them you have to have good working preferences, that if you don't work in two, the house won't give it to you, really very sad. it does not matter to them how much you earn the amount you pay at the end of the month. They give the house to whoever they want.

GoogleWorst estate agents ever to deal with ring and ask for feedback then wont submit your offer because they think it's not enough, is it not there job to submit offers also were complaint when told them work needs doing to property alternative motives within the company
