GoogleAs a tenant of 3 years, I can honestly say Tony has been helpful & professional since taking out our tenancy to date. Making sure we are happy in our home without invading our privacy. As our landlord lives abroad he also makes sure the property is kept up to date & maintained to a high standard for them & us. I would highly recommend Scott Owen Lettings for both tenants & landlords.

GoogleI cannot recommend this company highly enough. Throughout the last 10+ years of them letting my property everything has always been easy and trouble free. The tenants have always been extremely good and if any remedial work needed doing Tony was always on hand to sort this straight away, his communication with me has always been superb. I have, and will continue to recommend other landlords to use Scott Owen.

GoogleTony has been awesome, the process of renting a house with him was made simple and fair, (unlike other high st estate agents!). All little move in niggles and questions sorted straight away, his communication throughout was so helpful. Tony explained everything in great detail and reassured us along the way, keeping in contact and make the move in process stress free. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleUnfortunately I've not actually managed to have any dealings with this agent purely because when I had left a message on their answerphone as requested, (purely because they didn't answer their phone on the 2 occasions that I called them) , they never returned my call!!..... Personally, I think this behaviour is unprofessional indeed, especially for a company who should have the property owners interest at heart as I was calling in relation to renting a property through them! I shall try and source the owners details and contact them directly in future as this company seem to be a waste of space!

GoogleThis company offers no service to prospective tenants and in their lack of communication are the most uncaring useless disrespectful company that I have come across they do not reply to telephone calls or answer messages just puts in perspective that these leeches do not have to earn their money and they can walk over genuine people who require a service

His fees are very fair and competitively priced and he spends time and effort getting the right tenant for the right property. I have found him to be a pleasure to work with.
