GooglePhil was absolutely fantastic in organising all parties of our move, and after we moved still keeps in touch to help us with advice and recommendations in the area - thank you!

GoogleVery short staffed cannot take on any more business so we were informed by Toby, which is just as well because the last time we used Foresters they failed us. Thought we would give them a second chance but not meant to be. No staff to attend to business means you’re better off taking your business elsewhere.
Thank you for considering Foresters Estate Agents once again. We are terribly sorry we were unable to arrange an appointment for you on this occasion, we were exceptionally busy on that particular day. Best wishes Foresters Estate Agents

GoogleDue to unfortunate circumstances I had to sell my house and I'm so pleased I entrusted this to Foresters. Pre sale, they gave me lots of time and advice, and when the time came they dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. Viewings …

GoogleForesters provided a truly excellent service from start to finish. Whatever problems and frustrations arose with prospective buyers, Nicola dealt with them quickly and efficiently, going above and beyond the call of duty. She kept me well informed, always gave good advice, and always had a calm pragmatic approach. If Nicola was unavailable other team members were always up to date on the sale and able to help. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleFantastic estate agent that is both professional and efficient. Family have been lucky to have bought two houses through Foresters over the past 6 months and on both occasions they have been exemplary. If only more estate agents were like Foresters, moving home would not be so stressful! A special mention to Adrian who is a credit to the profession. If you are thinking of selling your property, Foresters should be the estate agent of choice.

TrustpilotNo regard for safety, false and misleading property info
Director has no regard for safety checks or due diligence, fails to respond even when instructing a solicitor to handle complaints. When telling customers false information refuses to acknowledge or apologise. Can't even give basic legally required information due to the avoidance of accountability, even with environmental health involvement in their misconduct, avoid at all costs.

GoogleAs an employee for the last three years I am writing this review from a different, but equally important, perspective as it demonstrates why Foresters as a family business, have been selling and letting houses successfully for over 40 years. Foresters is a really nice place to work, with lovely people and is a great example of a good employer. Working hard as a team Foesters care about the people they deal with on a daily basis, in all aspects of people selling, buying and letting houses, which can sometimes be a stressful and emotional time for the clients. During this process Foresters are also mindful about the well being and welfare of their staff. It's fair to say there are a few hectic days! To summarise... (Lucy will 'woof' her approval! ) Happy staff, happy selling and letting!

GoogleNicola thank you. We had all but given up on the sale of house until your estate agency was recommended to us. The fact that I am messaging from my new home says it all. Your determination to actively sell and the level of communication is commendable. It was a pleasure to deal with a true professional, who is honest good or bad. Thank you once again.

TrustpilotForesters have proven themselves…
Foresters have proven themselves untrustworthy and incompetent. They ignored basic safety concerns and put our welfare below their own profits. I would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

GoogleForesters were outstanding during my elderly mothers' recent bungalow sale. Nicola, who dealt with the sale, could not have been more helpful, she always returned calls if she was out of the office, chased things up for us, kept us informed all the time about progress and was always cheerful and positive in her approach, she definitely went over and above what we had expected. The other staff I spoke to, Toby and Adrian, are equally very friendly and helpful. House buying and selling is a very stressful time for anyone and I would not hesitate to recommend Foresters as the best estate agents we have ever dealt with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
