GoogleIf you’re a small business with big ambitions, I would think very carefully before dealing with this company. I was in contact with Colin Hall regarding a unit that had been sitting empty for some time. After viewings and an in-depth phone conversation where the rates and details were discussed and confirmed, I said I would make my final decision the following day. I did exactly that, gave the green light to proceed and asked for the deposit details so we could move forward with the paperwork. From that point, communication went completely quiet. After repeatedly chasing for an update, I was eventually told that a larger, more established business had since expressed interest in the unit and they had decided to proceed with them instead. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the complete lack of empathy or consideration for the fact that, from my perspective, I had already agreed to proceed and was simply waiting for the next steps. Ironically, the unit remains empty. The whole experience was incredibly disheartening and poorly handled. Small businesses invest a huge amount emotionally and financially when trying to take that next step, and being treated as though you are simply less valuable because a bigger business comes along is genuinely gutting. Sadly, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to other small businesses looking for premises.
