Just moved out my house which Henry Simms sold for us Chris and Chelsie was nothing short of fantastic any problems we had no matter how small Chris was there to help us he didn’t care if it was out of office hour’s or not. We did not feel as we were left on our own to sort this very confusing situation out any information they received about the move they passed on to us straight away I am so glad we chose Henry Simms to be our estate agent I don’t think we could have got through it all without there patience and constant help Many Many thanks Dave&Kay

Chris and Chelsie have been absolutely amazing from the go! Even though last year we decided to take our house off the market chris in his knowledge saw an opportunity for us and we took it with both hands! Communication from both Chris and Chelsie has been 2nd to none! We were kept regularly updated! And even when we found ourselves going over little speed bumps Chris and Chelsie were there to soften the blow! We would recommend this estate agents so much and if we ever find ourselves in a situation of needing to sell again we will 100% use Henry Simms Estate agents. I've worked with Becky and Sarah for several years now, they let multiple properties for me. I find Henrys Simms to be honest, direct and timely in their communications. They are fair and realistic about settlements between parties, this contributes to successful agreements and good landlord/agent/tenant relationships. If you are considering using Henrys Simms I would definitely recommend you give them a try.
