GoogleHaving no success with with selling our hour with other estate agent, we decided to go with main and main, Heald Green. So glad we did. The buyer wanted to complete by end of March, due to new stamp duty charges. There is obviously a rush with everyone wanting to beat this dead line. Cathy, from main and main, was on it from the start. Kept us, the buyers and related solicitors. We completed well before the end of March. There was no messing about. Cathy was very professional and motivated to complete the sale as soon as possible. Thank you to Cathy and everyone at Main and Main.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Main & Main and could not be happier with their service. We met Sam when viewing one of the properties they had for sale and were immediately drawn to how calm and approachable he was. It was clear he had great knowledge of the local area and we liked that he wasn't too pushy. Because of this, we decided to list our own property with Main & Main who did a fantastic job with the pictures, video and generally keeping us informed. We ended up having a very long and difficult conveyancing process but Main & Main were fantastic during the whole ordeal. Cathy was amazing at keeping in touch with all of the solicitors and vendors and really went out of her way to make sure the entire chain was able to complete successfully. I can say with confidence that I don't think we would have had such a positive outcome it is wasn't for Cathy's hard work and communication. I can't recommend Main & Main enough!

GoogleI worked with a few members of the team as part of my house sale. Sam came round to take photos and create the initial pack and had a really helpful manner about him, the ad was live within 24 hours. Leila was then really helpful during the phase of booking in viewings and then providing advice during various negotiations ahead of an offer. Cathy then took the process on following an offer being accepted and was very professional and responsive throughout. Everyone was really supporting in the end when trying to get the sale through and I would thoroughly recommend choosing the team at Main & Main to sell your property.

The whole team at Main & Main went above and beyond for us while we sold our property and made the experience flawless. GoogleSuper, 'proper' service from start to completion - thank goodness I didn't go with an online agent. The team was communicative and always ensured that Cathy was able to reply asap when she was with other clients. Cathy kindly went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of a particular chain difficulty. I felt looked after! My elderly mum had used them and recommended Main & Main and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same!

GoogleWhat a fantastic service we received from the girls at main and main . Leila and Cathy were amazing . At times when I’m sure they wanted to pull their hair out, they remained professional and remained the first point of contact for our sale. We were able to just leave our keys with them and leave them to do viewings on just one day. It was so easy and I’d definitely use them again. Well done girls - you were both stars!!!

It was a fast sale but had a few problems towards the end, but Cathy was brilliant, and gave me excellent advice and support till the sale was complete . GoogleIt had been 26 years since I was last involved in selling a property and I selected Main & Main as one of the potential Estate Agents to sell my recently deceased sister's house. From the beginning, Main & Main demonstrated unparalleled knowledge of the local market including selling the property next door! Compared with the opposition (there were three in total) , they were mid-priced in both cost and sale price but in my view gave the most realistic selling price. on this basis they were selected. The sales process hsn't changed in 26 years, it is still a roller coaster ride with up and downs! Main & Main were very quick in preparing the details to go to market, accompanied by a slick video which accentuated the property's key selling points. Appointments came quickly and an impressive appointment notification system meant I was involved with each new twist and turn! Things didn't go totally to plan but Cathy and her team offered sound advice based on market knowledge & experience to progress the sale to completion during a difficult time for the housing economy. This isn't for the faint hearted and I hope I will not be doing it again soon, but if I did, I would trust Main & Main with carrying out the sales role as my first choice. Well done!

GoogleI recently completed on the sale of my home where I had lived for 20 years and had never sold a property alone before so found it a very daunting process. Cathy was the contact for my sale and I knew I was in safe hands! She guided me through from day one, explaining patiently everything I asked (and I asked a lot!), offering advice and reassurance when needed, and working hard in the background to chase solicitors etc. She was amazingly supportive throughout and I can’t thank her enough. GoogleSo I’d been looking for a house for around 4 months and had seen something from every estate agent in Worsley. I won’t lie, I was disappointed. No print out of the property and just moody staff doing the viewings. This all changed with Main&Main! Matthew welcomed me with a smile on his face for both viewings of my now home and answered all questions including the print out with all information of the house and the estate agents needed. My point of contact then became Cathy and she was also amazing. Answering every weird question I could think of and being polite even when I called 10 times in a day! Cathy calmed me when I was stressed and helped me understand as I had 0 knowledge about buying a house. Thanks to Cathy and the team for helping me find my home and getting me in faster than I could have ever imagined.

GoogleMain and Main are an excellent estate agent. My mother wanted to sell her home but didn't want the stress, after her trying with an inferior estate agent, so she handed the sale over to me. I decided on Main and Main. We were dealt with professionally from the first visit right through the Conveyancing process and sale. When the house went live, we had viewings arranged within days and an offer made within a week. Cathy, Sam, Matt and Leila were always professional and friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone selling their home.

GoogleAmazing service!!! We appointed Main and Main to manage the sale of our house on Outwood Road. M+M know the Heald Green market very well! They priced our house £25k more than Gascoigne and Halman and we sold for £10k over what they put on! They took amazing photos and produced a fabulous video which attracted many people to come round and visit the house. Cathy was a pleasure to work with too. We would 100% recommend Main and Main!

GoogleNot sure where to start but I genuinely won the estate agent lottery when Cathy showed me around a house I loved. It was my first home so I had no idea what I was doing. She said "don't worry, I'll hold your hand throughout!", and she did just that! Cathy went above and beyond - bringing everything together, keeping me updated, chasing solicitors, telling me what I need to do next and all the while being her lovely self. When Cathy wasn't in, everyone else in the office was brilliant too. And today I got the keys to my first home! So thank you Cathy and everyone at Main & Main!

Cathy Hedley, being my main contact, was extremely helpful and understanding during the marketing and sale process. Whilst various 3rd party matters posed concerns for the buyer and me as the seller, Cathy was reassuring and proactive in resolving the issues that arose. I would certainly recommend Main& Main, having also purchased and sold through them previously some years ago.

Google8 years ago we purchased a property that was listed by Main and Main and we have just recently sold the same property using Main and Main as our Estate Agent.
