GoogleI had a very good experience with Sale’s team. As I am from Brazil I had raised many questions to them and they had always been very kind to explain all the steps and also supporting me on the decision I had to take, options available and timing. I had received my new house on time as planed but with some fix to do. The site manager’s team has been coming almost every week to fix all of them and also clarify any doubt about it or heating, water or electrical systems.

Google⭐️ 1 Star Very disappointed with the quality of our Miller Homes new build. We’ve had an ongoing leak from our bay window roof for years which still hasn’t been properly resolved. What’s worse is six houses in a row on our street have the exact same defect, clearly not an isolated issue. Poor aftercare, slow responses, and we’ve now had to escalate through NHBC to try and get action. Expected far better from a national developer.

GoogleHannah has been amazing from the moment we stepped through the sales door. We have recently purchased our first home from Miller and to date, it has been great, especially communication. Thank you Hannah for going above and beyond - it has made our new home journey even better than expected.
