The Market - Brighton Top Notch Service!

Having worked for several years in top hotels , the experience at The Market - Brighton had the same hospitality of a five star hotel. The service Ali provided was tremendous , guiding us to each step of the renting process and after giving support to any enquire. This experience provided by Ali and Claudio assures us of the fantastic service provided by Savills. Moving overseas and renting in Uk is always difficult but the human factor the team provided made absolute all the difference. Thanks!

I booked a holiday let with a Savilles…

I booked a holiday let with a Savilles associate company and only did so as the Savilles logo on their website gave me confidence to book. However, the company is untrustworthy and wrongly take money from you. The company is morzine-immo.com and if you search their Google reviews (they don’t have any Trustpilot) you will see people referring to them as scammers etc. Savilles, please disassociate yourselves from unscrupulous companies such as these as they are damaging your good name and reputation.

This is the worst letting agent ever

This is the worst letting agent ever. I had terrible experience dealing with Savills Calvary in Aborfield Green. They do not give any attention to the clients. Ariana not even replied for any of my voice mail messages and just sent laconic email messages. They are not interested on helping or pleasing their clients. They are a horrible agent. I recommend to do not use them for anything. They are not supportive, they are dishonest and scammers. Terrible!!!!

Thorough & Professional

Being new to renting my property I wanted to use a firm with a strong reputation and an excellent network. Yes, fees for full management might be a little more than some of the others that "say" they offer a full service; but I can safely say you get what you pay for. Highly professional from start to finish and attention to detail was excellent. First time using Savills

I used Savills for the first time on the 22/02/2022. I have not had the best of luck with estate agents at and unfortunately Savills comes with the reputation of being quite pretentious, however I could not speak more highly of my experience. I was met in the pouring rain by Mark Fell from the Waterloo office and he automatically greeted me with a smile and apologised for having me wait in the rain despite him not being late I was just super early! He was super professional, kind, thoughtful and considerate. He showed me 2 properties and was very transparent about both. He continuously answered all of the questions that I had and followed up our viewing with the promised paperwork. I would definitely use Savills again based on my recent experience and I would hope that all lettings negotiators have his knowledge, expertise and impeccable customer service! He has raised the bar very high!

This review relates to Savills' affiliate Dream Estates in Croatia. I am not quite sure why Savills chose this particular agent to represent them and allowed them to use their logo. The difference in customer service and approach is massive. Dream Estates bring this company into disrepute. I contacted them for evaluation however it took months to get a response, they provided partial information about their evaluation process, causing unnecessary delays. Savills, if you are reading this, I suggest you to find another professional agent in Croatia to affiliate with or invest some time to offer Dream Estates basic customer service training.
