From viewing to moving in was a painless. Jess kept updating me on a regular basis and ensured that my requests regarding the flat were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Additional appointments to allow measurements and show my friend around were dealt without delay. Moving in day and admin was speedy and pleasant ( thanks for the gift box it was very welcome as a suggestion maybe add some sugar sachets) I was out of my comfort zone having at retirement age never rented and everything was done to make the experience painless. Jess and her Team are the best letting company I have dealt with in my 20 years of renting properties, I have had two previously shocking agents so didn't expect much moving to Duffys but in the last 6 years of dealing with them, I have to say they are the best! Any problems, no matter how big or small, have always been dealt with immediately, from replacing my heating, to providing a new electric fire for extra warmth one cold winter and repainting my whole place last year because it was looking a bit tired etc. They are wonderful to deal with from the start! I will be buying a flat in October so will be moving on after 6 years but I would recommend Duffys to anyone who has to rent. I'll miss their visits :)

I just wanted to take a moment to share a bit of feedback - because I think it’s so important to acknowledge people who genuinely make a difference to others. Jess has been an absolute asset to your team. Her professionalism and level of customer care - particularly from a tenant’s perspective - has been outstanding. I’ve no doubt she extends that same care and attention to your landlords as well. Before the past three years, I had never rented before - we had always owned our home, the same one we built over 25 years ago. Life took a turn, and we moved far from home to support our son’s education. I plan to buy again, closer to our eldest daughter in Kent when my youngest are finished uni. All that said, Jess has made this period of renting SO much more pleasant compared to my experiences with other agents! From the first run through the house at the viewing, to the signing of papers and organizing collection of keys. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with her as a Representative of Duffy & Co.

We have been renting with Duffy’s for the last 9 months, and have been overwhelmed with their support. They are extremely responsive and always on hand to help. During the time we have been renting, our main point of contact has been Jess and we cannot praise her enough. She has always been professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Most recently she has helped us with a difficult situation regarding our elderly rescue dog, and speaking to someone with so much empathy and a genuine desire to help is something we have not previously encountered renting through other agencies. I purchased my first home in Haywards Heath over 6 years ago which was being sold by the owner through Duffy & co. I’d seen a similar flat come on the market and go really quickly before I even got to view it so when this one came up online I was the first person phoning up to arrange a viewing. I was actually the only person to see it, as the guy from Duffy & co very kindly agreed a deal with my dad who was helping me purchase that it would be taken straight off the market and no other viewings - the offer was accepted the next day and the deal went through without any stress or hassle at all. I thought the service from Duffy & co was exceptional because they even wrote to me and kept me up to date at all the stages of the process. When we picked up the keys they wished me luck in my first home. I still occasionally have to forward post onto Duffy & co that arrives for the previous tenants as the flat was rented previously, they never seem to mind and I’m sure they have a forwarding address or a way of tracking the person down. I also had to ask them to collect a parcel once a few years ago the previous owner sent here by mistake and was way too big for me to take up the road, again they collected it and dealt with it no problem. If I was thinking of selling I might think of using them because they were honestly fantastic when I got my flat. Thank you so much.
