Cranleigh Cubitt and…

I can’t recommend Cranleigh Cubitt and west enough. Putting our house on the market just before a pandemic wasn’t what we had planned, but the team at Cranleigh branch was so helpful and provided us with regular updates. Kerry-anne went above and beyond to answer any questions I had or worries, even if this was out of office hours. The whole team are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Had a really great experience

Had a really great experience with Cubitt and West when arranging my valuation. Molly was really helpful and went through the process when I was unsure how it worked and Molly has since emailed asking how things are going and offering support and help if needed. Really impressed overall and have no hesitation recommending

Excellent team at Cubitt and West led by Maddison.

Maddison and her team were very proactive at marketing my mum’s property and Robin kept me informed of viewings and any feedback. Once we had a buyer, Julie was very helpful in keeping me up to date with progress and any queries about the process. Thank you.

Oliver Munro is great

Oliver Munro is great, answered immediately and from there on out he was very responsive. Where it takes days to hear back from agent,Oliver has responded within minutes, sometimes even seconds! He was a true professional. His advice and support through closing was invaluable. He was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgable. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my friends.

Julie Bramble @ Cubitt and West

Julie Bramble was exceptional in the handling of Mum's sale of her flat. When things got too much and we didn't understand what was being asked of us, Julie called and reassured us, also emailing us to let us know what was happening at every step. Its a shame the process isn't a little quicker, but now Mum is moved in, and we can look back, Julie made it a pleasurable experience.

Tyler in lettings was outstanding tenant secured in 24 hours.

I had troubles with a different agent who were complacent with my property as a guaranteed landlord so they thought! Tyler was fantastic in not only dealing with everything promptly and effectively. He listened to my concerns and who I wanted for my property. Had the property live and a tenant secured within 24 hours of being on the market.Brilliant work AJ

Not trustworthy

Not trustworthy. They overvalue the property to base their commission on that valuation, then advise you to drop the recommended price after a couple of weeks to be able to sell the property as it was overpriced in the first place. Guess what though, the commission is still based on the original valuation NOT the revised value, but as someone has already mentioned, they very quickly add extra charges if you sell your property above the asking price……..it’s a win, win for them! Wouldn’t use again as I have no faith in them.

Julie the gem

We have just exchanged contracts today and had Julie Bramble as our sales progressor. She was so helpful, responded quickly and provided us with plenty of updates. It’s been a long and stressful eight months but her help was invaluable to us. She is a gem and perhaps deserves a little pay rise ;) thank you Julie!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Heidi and Charlotte at the Ashington Branch concerning a complex deceased estate. They couldn’t have been more warm, helpful and responsive to our needs. Heidi was very well informed and generous with the information she shared. I feel confident in recommending Heidi and Charlotte at the Ashington branch.

Enthusiastic, professional and a pleasure to deal with

Unlike some of the disinterested and disengaged estate agents in the area, Maddison was confident and enthusiastic about taking on our property. She was professional and very easy to deal with, as were her colleagues managing the viewings. The video and photos were excellent and the property was sold at asking price.
