GoogleHaving wasted our time with Morris Dibben marketing my deceased mother's bungalow, moving to Hayling Property was a completely different experience. Julia and the team at Hayling Property have been like a breathe of fresh air. Honest, realistic understanding of the market, great communication, effort, going above and beyond - everything you should get from an estate agent. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWell…it was a tough journey for the family and I! 4 years of heartbreak and illness. When we first visited Hayling Island we fell in love with the area. Determined to find a place to call home, I saw the advertised property and from there it was seamless. Stressful but Ruth and her team, knowing our circumstances, bent over backwards, going above and beyond to assist us with all our queries and this being our first rental was made so much easier by these wonderful people! I phoned on a daily basis during referencing and they were always upfront, honest and helpful. We thank them all with gratitude beyond words and highly recommend them. GoogleWorst agents I’ve ever dealt with. Weeks of phoning, emailing, messaging through website and Rightmove and constantly told someone will ring back.. never do. Just pushed from pillar to post. Almost as if they have no interest in actually selling/letting properties! Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Edit to answer your question. My name on here isn’t my real name.. we gave our details multiple times (everytime we phoned, emailed,messaged) we where constantly told someone would contact us the same day and it never happened. We eventually gave up on the property after weeks of constant chasing from both my partner and I. Not sure why you wouldn’t want to sell/let.. you tell me why your service was so poor?
Odd review given there is absolutely no record of any contact with you via any portal? Why would we not want to sell or let our properties? Were you looking to buy or rent?

GoogleThe girls are absolutely amazing at hauling property, I have relocated from over 250 miles away to be nearer to family, these girls especially Ruth were outstanding with a smooth process of references to paperwork, even with me changing the move in date earlier and earlier every time I rang. GoogleJulia, Sally, Ruth and Lucy are amazing. They helped me sell a property that was hard to sell. They persevered and acted professionally but also compassionately. No question was a bother, gave good advice and were flexible working with me. Now it’s all done I’ll miss talking to them all. They weren’t pushy and were realistic in pricing the house. If you’re looking for an estate agent then go visit them. They are an independent company.

More recently they have helped us sell the property, and despite the long protracted process (no fault of theirs) they were always positive, helpful and on hand to answer questions, support us, calm us down etc with good natured humour and professionalism. FacebookI rented through Hayling Properties for around 6 years at 2 different properties. After such a great experience with the first property I rented I purposefully chose my next rental with them which was just as good an experience. They were there any time I needed them, such friendly staff and always made me feel looked after going above and beyond for me. Any problems were sorted immediately and phone calls always returned promptly. I now own my current house but when I sell in the near future I won’t hesitate to use them for that, fantastic estate agents and I feel very lucky they are a local company!
