TrustpilotSold in 5 days, couldn’t have asked for more!
We honestly couldn’t recommend Bradleys enough. From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant.
A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10.
Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier.
Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live.
We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter.
Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you so much Jack, Clare, Jordan and everyone at Bradleys! ❤️

GoogleI would like to say a huge thank you to Tean for everything she did throughout our house purchase.
From my understanding, Tean's primary role was to act on behalf of the sellers, but throughout the entire process she felt like the perfect go-between. Whenever there were delays, confusion, or difficulties getting information through solicitors, I always knew I could contact Tean and she would get things moving. More often than not, she was in touch with the sellers incredibly quickly and came back with updates when nobody else seemed able to.
Buying a house can be a stressful and frustrating experience, and honestly, Tean made the whole process survivable. She was an absolute asset from start to finish.
What impressed me most was her reliability. I know she was incredibly busy, often moving between offices and carrying out viewings, but she never failed to call me back when she said she would, and she always provided updates when she promised them. That level of professionalism and communication is so valuable in this day and age, especially when so many people simply don't do what they say they're going to do.
It was so reassuring to have someone I could ask questions to, someone who genuinely listened, responded promptly, and acted as an effective link between myself and the sellers. Her communication, commitment, and willingness to help made a huge difference during what could have been a much more stressful process.
Thank you, Tean. You are a real credit to the team, and I genuinely appreciate everything you did to help us get our purchase over the line.

GoogleFrom the first moment we visited the Eventide marketing office, the customer experience we received from the entire Bradleys team but in particular was exceptional. No question or issue was too big and she continued to offer alternatives and support throughout the entire process. Despite quite a few blockers, Zoe stayed positive and continued to provide her expertise. We absolutely could not have done this without her and feel very grateful to have had the service we received.

GoogleI recently sold my property through Bradleys in Hayle and had a very positive experience from start to finish. While their fees were slightly higher than some other agents I looked at, the quality of service, professionalism, and hands-on support more than justified the cost. Zoe was my main point of contact throughout the process, and she was excellent, very personable, responsive, and always happy to take the time to explain things clearly. It really felt like the team cared about getting the best outcome for me. The Hayle branch also worked incredibly well as a team, and whether I dropped in, called, or emailed, there was always someone available and willing to help. Bradleys supported me in setting a realistic and well-considered asking price, which helped maximise the sale. Once we were under offer, they continued to stay involved and communicative, ensuring everything kept moving. They also maintained great communication with the buyer and both sets of solicitors to help avoid unnecessary delays. It’s hard to fault the experience, and I’d happily use Bradleys again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional estate agent that provides end-to-end support and genuinely looks after its clients. Thank you Bradleys team!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Bradleys in Hayle. We as a family would highly recommend using Bradleys in Hayle for any of your purchases/sales. From the moment that we purchased our beautiful home and came to sell our home the whole process has been wonderful. The staff at Bradleys are fantastic Zoe, Chris and Sally are all very experienced, excellent and extremely helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better communication and support. As a first time buyer originally and first time selling our home, Zoe was extremely helpful and experienced which this in turn put us at ease. Chris the Bradleys manager is excellent and was always happy to step in and provide us with regular updates when Zoe was out of office. Overall we would highly recommend Bradleys in Hayle and would like to say a huge thankyou to the whole team who supported us throughout the sale of our house.

GoogleWe could not recommend the team at Bradleys, Hayle, highly enough!
Zoe dealt mainly with our sale, she was always up on what was happening, easy to contact and kept us informed every step of the way. The whole team are friendly, professional and always there to help and advise. We know we definitely made the right choice going with Zoe and the team at Bradleys and would not hesitate to recommend them🙂

GoogleWe have just bought a house through the Hayle Branch and they were absolutely fantastic, particularly Gina in the Copper Hills suite. She really went above and beyond for us, making sure everything was on track, being a liaison between us and the developers, and kept us sane when our buyer and their solicitor were being particularly difficult, delaying things. She was always there for us, an absolute star!

GoogleMe and my wife have been extremely impressed with Bradley’s Hayle, especially Zoe who we have dealt with throughout buying our property. The team have been in constant contact with us and the rest of the chain making sure the process was as smooth as possible for us and the seller. They have reduced the stress of moving massively by being kept in the loop.

They’re always super fast to respond and extremely helpful! Would recommend to anybody.

GoogleExcellent service from beginning to the end! All of the Bradley's team were great to deal with but to me the star of the year was Claire who dealt with all the bumps and lumps with grace and promptness.
The Hayle office are so helpful and certainly make every step of the way (of buying in my case) as easier as possible.
I would highly recommend Kris and his team (specially Claire, don't forget Claire! 😉) xx

GoogleFantastic estate agents. Claire was super all the way through my purchase and even helped me find a new solicitor when mine was playing up. A couple of days later all the paperwork was sorted (it had been months up until that point due to my old solicitor). Highly recommend Bradleys, a pleasure to deal with

TrustpilotNo human element here...
Saw a property to rent that looks ideal so clicked online to arrange a viewing. Took about 30 minutes to complete their registration as I had to open an Experian account to get my credit score - among other things!
This was the first agency I had tried so assumed this was standard these days - it's not. The property I want to view does not allow children so while I currently have a 'child' as she is 17, she will be 18 in a couple of weeks - so by the time we move. Rang to get advice on how to complete the form and got an automated message redirecting me to fill in the online form! No space on the form to clarify any individual circumstances.
Completed form and didn't hear back by weekend when I was hoping to view property. Sent email but understand it can take a day or 2 for a reply so found a customer services number - phoned hours before they shut and got automated message that operators were all busy and I could choose to hold. I held and just a minute later got a message that my call could not be taken and to call another time -no option to continue holding.
The property I'm interested in was reduced in January and I thought initially this was due to lack of interest or something not obvious from the advertisement. I'm now inclined to believe it is due to noone being given the chance to view it!
This is ridiculous. I have jumped through hoops to try and get a viewing, I am a reliable and honest tenant and have been in my existing rental nearly 7 years. I won't be renting through Bradleys now even if they do get back to me as I don't feel they are serving tenants or their landlords with this overly restrictive gatekeeping and do not trust that they would deal with any tenancy issues adequately in the future.

TrustpilotVery poor customer service.
I would have given a rating of zero if possible, but 1 star is way above what this company deserves.
We used them as a letting agent for several years and our experience was of very poor customer service, usually just telling us what they thought we wanted to hear, when in reality they were not accurately reporting the condition of the property.
The tenants were dirty and lazy, but none of this was reported in the periodic checks carried out by Bradley's. Even when there were problems with the state of the property, these were played down or even not reported to us.
It took a visit in person by myself to see the poor condition and damage to our property, by which time eviction proceedings were under way.
When the tenants eventually left, the check out report was carried out and not even dated, so there was no accurate proof of the condition of the property on this date.
When asked about this, the staff became very defensive.
This impacted on us, as the considerable damage and neglect to the property could not be fully claimed for, leaving us out of pocket.
When trying to submit a claim to retain the deposit, Bradley's were of no help whatsoever, leaving us to do it all.
Think very carefully before you use this company as a letting agent.

GoogleThe Bradleys team were fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure our sale stayed on track and kept us informed regularly. If you want an agent who will not just get you an offer, but sell your home, Bradleys Hayle are highly recommended.

TrustpilotNot impressed.
Not impressed.
Tried to rent via rightmove so called them. The phone number is just an automated system that directs you to their website and therefore useless. Went to their website: you can't even request more information without entering loads of personal details into this. As part of this Bradleys require you to send through an Experian credit check and you can't progress without it, this means you have to create an account with Experian too or other credit check agency... and accept all their terms and conditions...
Still, I ploughed on, completed a credit check and then go no response at all! Utter waste of my time.
Went back through right move to contact them, i.e. seemingly the only way to message them. Got a response telling me to go to their website and fill in all my details again!
Responsed to the email informing them that I had already done so and guess what? The email system is no-reply.
Shameful, hence this review.
I can only speak from personal experience, maybe they are great if you are a landlord or selling property but as soon to be both, I will not consider them for either purpose if this is how their tenants are treated.

TrustpilotWe are looking for a new home to rent
We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.

TrustpilotDon’t sign anything without getting advice
I would advise anyone to steer clear of Bradleys if you expect any level of service or communication.
We have been on the market with them for 18 months with only a handful of viewings.
I haven’t heard a word from them since April,
The For Sale board blew down in February. I reported this but no one has ever been around to put it back up.
I have now decided to remove our property from their marketing and have now been told they expect me to pay them £600.
I presume part of their strategy is that even if they don’t manage a sale then at least will get £600.
This seems a very risk free and lazy way of making money for what is supposed to be a Company working for their customers.
I have checked with 4 other Agents out there and none of them operate this way.
Do your research and don’t sign anything without checking elsewhere first.

GoogleBradleys Estate Agent in Hayle are highly recommended! As a first time buyer they have shown great patience, answered my many questions/requests and always made me feel welcome. GoogleUnfortunately they will not let you view any of their rental properties if you are in receipt of any benefits. Even if you work full time but still receive universal credit. Majority of single parents receive a top up to their income by some form of benefit and this blanket rule of "our landlords do not accept tenants in receipt of benefits" is just discrimination which you are supporting
Thank you for your reply below. However I will not be contacting you further - I already spoke direct with your office with my initial enquiry and was told I would not be allowed to view the rental property I was interested in due to being in receipt of universal credit, despite working full time. I then asked if there were any other properties I could view and was informed you do not have any landlords or properties which accept tenants in receipt of benefits and therefore I was refused to be allowed to view any of your advertised properties. This is clearly discrimination.
