GoogleI recently sold my property through Bradleys in Hayle and had a very positive experience from start to finish. While their fees were slightly higher than some other agents I looked at, the quality of service, professionalism, and hands-on support more than justified the cost. Zoe was my main point of contact throughout the process, and she was excellent, very personable, responsive, and always happy to take the time to explain things clearly. It really felt like the team cared about getting the best outcome for me. The Hayle branch also worked incredibly well as a team, and whether I dropped in, called, or emailed, there was always someone available and willing to help. Bradleys supported me in setting a realistic and well-considered asking price, which helped maximise the sale. Once we were under offer, they continued to stay involved and communicative, ensuring everything kept moving. They also maintained great communication with the buyer and both sets of solicitors to help avoid unnecessary delays. It’s hard to fault the experience, and I’d happily use Bradleys again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional estate agent that provides end-to-end support and genuinely looks after its clients. Thank you Bradleys team!

From the moment that we purchased our beautiful home and came to sell our home the whole process has been wonderful. The staff at Bradleys are fantastic Zoe, Chris and Sally are all very experienced, excellent and extremely helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better communication and support. As a first time buyer originally and first time selling our home, Zoe was extremely helpful and experienced which this in turn put us at ease. Chris the Bradleys manager is excellent and was always happy to step in and provide us with regular updates when Zoe was out of office. Overall we would highly recommend Bradleys in Hayle and would like to say a huge thankyou to the whole team who supported us throughout the sale of our house.

We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.

GoogleUnfortunately they will not let you view any of their rental properties if you are in receipt of any benefits. Even if you work full time but still receive universal credit. Majority of single parents receive a top up to their income by some form of benefit and this blanket rule of "our landlords do not accept tenants in receipt of benefits" is just discrimination which you are supporting
Thank you for your reply below. However I will not be contacting you further - I already spoke direct with your office with my initial enquiry and was told I would not be allowed to view the rental property I was interested in due to being in receipt of universal credit, despite working full time. I then asked if there were any other properties I could view and was informed you do not have any landlords or properties which accept tenants in receipt of benefits and therefore I was refused to be allowed to view any of your advertised properties. This is clearly discrimination.
