GoogleWe recently sold our house through Laurence Phillip estate agents. Tony was very friendly, approachable, and professional at the same time. GoogleWe bought our house through the same agents 6 years ago and this time also we thought we should use them again and we were not disappointed. After a rollercoaster of a ride where solicitors and houses where changed and resulted in a complicated chain, staff at estate agents were brilliant. Tony who helped us to chase everyone in the chain time and again over a 12 month period was who kept the chain together. The amount of work Tony did with patience over 12 months is what kept this chin from falling apart. He is the guy to buy and sell your house. Use Phillip Laurence and you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

GoogleOnly gave 1 star because I'm not able to give 0 stars. Worst estate agent I have ever encountered in my 11 years of being an accredited estate agent myself, a landlord and a tenant. Worst customer service and they actually have no real knowledge about the property sector or how to deal with consumers. Landlords and tenants please avoid these lot at all costs!! If you are thinking to go with them please contact me so I can give you a run down of what you can expect from them!

GoogleNot an estate agent I would recommend. The staff are very rude and unprofessional, and always looking for any excuse not to help. I have tried on many occasions to call and book a viewing for houses that come up, however am always fobbed off, and never get call backs! Very dismissive as another review said, and not an estate agent I trust!
I appreciate that you have an opinion & respect that however. Our staff are not at all rude & highly professional hence the award we have one in the past & have just been awarded as an excellent Estate Agent for the area in the Best Estate agent Guide after the assessment of 15,000 Estate Agents throughout the UK. All our calls are recorded if you wish to contact us I can listen to the conversation discuss your grievance with the evidence to hand. In the current climate with the shortage of properties coming to the market we can get as many as 70 calls with requests to view a newly launched property. We always endeavour to give as many people as possible an opportunity to view. Currently the majority of properties coming to the market go under offer to one of the first 6-8 viewers often at the asking price & at times above. It is impossible therefore to get everyone a viewing. We do advise that prospective purchasers register on all the big property websites for alerts. Once the alert is received call the agent immediately & with luck on your side you could just be one of the first enquiries greatly enhancing your chances of a successful property purchase. We hope that come the New Year more property will be available to satisfy the high demands of parties wishing to purchase a property locally. As suggested perhaps the party that posted the review would kindly call to discuss.

GoogleThis is what happens when you leave your property in the hands of Philip Laurence. I believe they took advantage of the fact that I was abroad, so they continued to receive the full management fee without doing anything!! Take a good look at these photos and do your homework before signing up with these greedy, lazy, incompetent estate agents!! If I could put zero stars I would.

GoogleWorse estate agent I have ever had to opportunity to come across. Staff very abrupt and demand everything from you there and then.
