There seemed to be discrepancies in the assessment of damages, and the process lacked transparency. It would have been appreciated if they provided clearer communication and a detailed breakdown of any deductions. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in their approach to managing deposits.

We rented a home from Bright Sun estate Agent in Sep and so far our experience has been very satisfactory. Gurvinder is always a call away and answers promptly whenever need arises.
