GoogleMyself and my husband could not be happier with the service provided. There was always someone, usually Chris or Chloe at the end of the phone if we needed to clarify something. We were very happy with the footfall of potential buyers and the almost instant feedback was invaluable. This really helped in our decision making regarding the presentation and pricing of our property in order to sell quickly. Also the agent showing our property was a definite bonus, especially with the large number of viewings we had, which we would have had to fit around our jobs. Really excellent service.

A mixed time with renting through chancellors with false information being provided at the start of my tennacy and late notices of rent increases but since Jamie woodman took over our account she was nothing but fantastic right up until the end of our tennacy which ended on a positive note and should be comended for the work they put in to make everything right!

Chancellors are hands down the best estate agents I've ever been a tenant with. They are incredibly responsive and any issues are always resolved quickly. Our property manager, Molly Adams, always goes the extra mile, ensuring we are aware of what is happening at each step in a process and following up to make sure that everything went smoothly and was completed as expected.
