TrustpilotThis company is a total disgrace
This company is a total disgrace. They rent out accommodation which is unfit for purpose, leaving tenants with repairs not done, damp ridden properties without heating. Lie about their clients. Also sell properties without giving full information to clients about state of repairs to be done. There is just the tip of the iceberg. I would avoid this company at all costs. The staff are rude and patronising, and show no respect for their tenants or purchasers alike .

GoogleRecently had the pleasure of selling my home through Cullen Kilshaw, Hawick. From initial appointment with Lauren to liasing with Gavin they have both provided an informative, friendly and professional service. As a seasoned property professional I am not easily impressed! Couldnt fault these guys in any way. Was a pleasure speaking with them whenever required, nothing seemed to much. House sold on 2nd viewing. We then moved onto conveyancing and Lesley took the reins. This lady is another level in professional, amazing customer care and attention to detail, she really has been the icing on the cake. Thankfully am staying local and would not hesitate to recommend this company and its wonderful staff... why use anyone else when these guys have got it 100% right.

GoogleI have nothing but great things to say about the team at Hawick Cullen Kilshaw. Gavin got the process started, giving us confidence to take the leap of buying and selling. Lauren and Hannah are so hard working and made the process as stress less as possible. I would recommend this company to everyone.
