GoogleAnglo American have been managing my rental properties on a fully managed basis for over 7 years. I have always found them to be efficient, honest and easily contactable.
My void periods have been kept to a minimum as they have been very proactive with finding suitable tenants, and any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and reasonably.
I will often call Anglo American if I have a any queries, and the advice and guidance given by Alex and his team is always valued.
I have already recommended them to some of my fellow landlords.

GooglePlease be wary of this company, if you sign up as a guarantor and something was to happen to you, they will force the guarantor onto the executor of the guarantors will! The company threatens that their guarantors contracts are 'water tight' and they will get their solicitors involved.
Cowboy company I would definitely avoid.

GoogleI have been a tenant at one of their property now for 5 years and in all of that time I have had a completely positive experience with them.
On the few occasions when there has been an issue at the property I have always found them to be approachable, courteous, prompt to respond and any issues have always been resolved quickly. They have always turned up to pre-arranged appointments at the agreed time and I really couldn't fault their service at all.
Definitely one of the best letting agents that I've had dealings with.

GoogleI rent a property via Anglo American Letting. Over the May Bank Holiday, I had a problem with my oven not working. On the day the message was picked up on their office answerphone, Alex & Sandra despatched a fitter to the property and the oven was working again on the same day. Fantastic service and always helpful, friendly and accomodating. If you are looking to rent a property, I strongly recommend speaking to Anglo American Letting Agency.
In the past two weeks, I have experienced both a leak under the sink and a fridge that stopped working at my rental property. Sandra asked their plumber to visit the property on the same day I had reported the leak. Andy duly turned up and was still working at 19.30 in the evening. He found more than one leak and he replaced almost every pipe, bend and fitting under the sink. Brilliant Service!! On the day I reported the fridge had stopped working, I returned home from work to find a brand new fridge. Dave had taken all of my food ( & lager ) out of the old fridge and re-stocked the new one. He also had taken away the old fridge and all of the packaging for the new item. I cannot fault anything about Anglo American Letting. They go far beyond client expectations, always going the extra yard to keep the tenant happy. Premier League Agents!!

GoogleI have been with Anglo American Lettings for 1 year now and i am very happy with the service they provide,...their fees are the cheapest i have found in milton keynes and the price of the property is very resanable compared to other houses on the same street from other letting agencies .
I always contact them If i ever have any problems with the property and they have always resolved it within a week.
