Our house was sold within 4 days and without Duncan’s help and good advice we wouldn’t have known where to begin. Had an awful experience with this agency. They went radio silent during the middle of a sale. Offer accepted, then I’m told the owner is enquiring about extending the lease and they will come back to me. I still haven’t heard back. It’s been 2 months! I’ve chased and I’ve chased! I dealt with Chloe Boniface who was utterly clueless and not very helpful. Don’t think she has a clue what she is doing. She didn’t even tell me that the owner is enquiring. She strung me along. Had to get that info out if a colleague (Duncan) I think. He hasn’t got back to me either lol. Go to another agency if you are in a rush people, because these guys ain’t got the foggiest! Customer service 0/10!

Having used many different disappointing agents over the years for letting my portfolio I can not recommend Keys and Lee enough ! Professional, friendly and adaptable that go that extra mile - nothing is too much trouble The biggest difference I found with Keys and Lee from any other agent is that they actually listen and communicate so that I am always aware of what is going on through the process of renting property out through them Charlotte and Sandra treated me like a person rather than an opportunity to generate money through fees for their company and nowadays that’s a very rare find and appreciated that although a landlord I like any potential tenant still needed support through the process I can not recommend this agent enough in particular Charlotte who went above and beyond 100% be using them again

I'll be up front here - I am not selling or buying with Keys and Lee at the moment. However, we had Duncan round for a valuation this week to work out what we should do next (sell or improve) and found his manner and knowledge absolutely exceptional. There was no pushy sales techniques, no BS, no false promises or assertions. Just honesty, friendliness and trustworthiness. When we do come to sell, which may be in 2 years or 6 (who knows), we will definitely have Keys and Lee at the top of our list. If they treat customers as well as their prospective customers, then they will be a great business to work with, in a field of very shady characters and business practices.

Highly recommend Keys & Lee . From initial meeting with Duncan and a detail valuation appraisal along with excellent photography with videos . Candice had complete ownership of buyer validation and viewings culminating in a sale . I received weekly updates from Candice all the way from accepting an offer through to completion. Can you get cheaper? I am sure you can but I had a stress free sale with an agent owning the process from start to finish. Money well spent in my eyes. He got to the property, was waiting, called the lady who agreed with the viewing who then went onto saying that she forgot to call him and let him know that someone has already taken the property.
