I honestly cannot recommend Kristine highly enough. She has been absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process of purchasing my property. Kristine is extremely good at her job, she is understanding, patient, professional and genuinely cares about the people she is helping. There were times when I felt like walking away from the purchase, (nothing to do with haart) but thanks to Kristine’s support, patience and understanding, I carried on and completed the purchase. Without her, I genuinely don’t think I would have bought the property. I really hope Hart Estate Agents appreciate just how fantastic Kristine is and how much she does for her clients. In my opinion, whatever she earns, it isn’t enough for the level of care, effort and dedication she puts into her work. Kristine is an absolute credit to Hart Estate Agents, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me. An absolute star at her job and a truly lovely person to deal with. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Highly recommend this brilliant team. They managed our sale flawlessly, securing multiple offers and selling our property in less than a week of it being marketed. Even when our first buyer pulled out due to a change in their personal circumstances, they didn’t skip a beat and sold it within a week of being re marketed again with multiple offers to choose from. Jason was fantastic as our sales negotiator, extremely professional, attentive, and always willing to talk through any questions or issues we had. Thank you for everything, Jason! We were then looked after by Jacqui for sales progression, who was incredibly efficient, kept us updated, and proactively pushed things forward with a lovely, friendly manner. I had a really great experience with Haart selling our home. Jason got everything off to a fantastic start he was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me confidence right from the beginning. They sold it within 3 weeks. Once sold Jacqui was amazing throughout the whole process. She kept everything moving, kept us updated regularly, and was always on hand to answer any questions. Both of them made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable, and we were really impressed with the level of service from start to finish. Sold our house through Jason from the Rainham Branch. Jason was always professional, helpful and always on hand if we needed him. Jackie from the Romford Branch dealt with all the admin side and she was brilliant, always on top of everything, kept us up to date and so helpful. I had contracted with haart of Rainham for sale of my property. When I look back at the entire sale process, I am glad that I chose haart. A big shout-out to Jason Epsom, Kristine, Roberts, and Krupa Pandaya from the branch for being absolutely seamless and a delight to work with. They gave me the right advise, direction, and recommendations, and patiently worked with me through out the time the sale process was ongoing. Starting with the initial survey, to photos and videos, arranging viewings, follow-up with solicitors, coordination with third parties, sitte visits, there was virtually nothing that they didn't get directly involved with. The team was available when I needed them, and that mattered a lot to me. A very well done to the team at haart of Rainham. I will highly recommend them for your real estate requirements.
