Alan Jacob Estates is a great example of an independent professional and traditional estate agency - Everything is smooth and stress-free. Their team is highly knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about helping clients find the right property. They have all bases covered so you find everything under one roof: property sales, lettings, and property management and maintenance Their expertise in the market is clear from start to finish. Communication was always clear, and they were quick to answer all my questions. I also appreciated their honesty and transparency, which helped me feel confident in every decision. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional and trustworthy estate agency!

I can’t recommend Allen Jacob estates enough! They made the whole process of finding my new home so much easier. The team was super friendly, always available to answer my (many) questions, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I never felt pressured, and they gave me honest advice every step of the way. If you’re looking to buy, sell, or rent, definitely give them a call, you won’t regret it!

I've been working with Alan Jacobs Estate Agents as a landlord for the past 2 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very beginning, their team has been professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient in managing my property. They found reliable tenants quickly, handled all the paperwork seamlessly, and kept me updated every step of the way. What really stands out is their personal touch, they genuinely care about both landlords and tenants, which creates a smooth and respectful relationship for everyone involved. I have complete peace of mind knowing my property is in such capable hands. I highly recommend Alan Jacobs to any landlord looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and knowledgeable letting agent.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for these guys. Hats off to them, had the pleasure of dealing with Rob who explains the process well and isn’t pushy like other agencies I’ve been too. The fact that they explained the contract to me and my partner very well and only allowed us to sign once we knew everything was great. Swift and easy move in process
