GoogleWe are first time buyers looking for our first home, we visited Persimmons Haverhill and was a genuine high contender to purchase a Danbury from this development. Sales person was judgemental of our age and jobs, couldn't tell us when our reserved home would be built (not even a ballpark 'Summer' time or estimated month). We ended up buying from another development which thank god we did as the price we were given was incorrect by ~15k by the time the house was for sale. You also receive nothing in the home, everything is added extras which most people cannot afford, so you move into an empty shell with no flooring, no garden, no outside tap, bare minimum electric sockets etc. Doesn't really justify the prices of the houses really.
