We first wrote a review for Jo and Vendors and Buyers four years ago, after buying and selling through her company. When the time came to move again, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to Jo. I wondered whether the same exceptional service would still be possible now that her business had grown, but Jo has built a team that reflects her own brilliance. Every member is just as dedicated, professional, and personable as she is. Once again, Jo delivered beyond expectations. For the second time in four years, she sold our home to the very first viewer. Although we didn’t purchase through Vendors and Buyers this time, Jo still understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect match. Her intuition and care are unmatched. Jo isn’t just a wonder woman, she now leads a team of superheroes ( with a special thanks to Tracy). We’re incredibly grateful for everything she and her team have done for us. If you’re thinking of selling, don’t hesitate: go straight to Vendors and Buyers. Their service is truly one of a kind and simply cannot be matched!

We bought a house from Jo and Vendors and Buyers and she has been unreal from start to finish. If it wasn't for her determination and persistence and don't think the sale would have gone through when it did. I've never met an estate agent who cares as much about the people as she does getting the sale, genuinely feels like dealing with a friend who just wants the best for you, it's so heartwarming. If we could go back and do it all again we'd have sold through her too. Highly recommend Jo, such a personal and genuine service provided.

Vendors and Buyers are a cut above the rest, if it wasn’t for Jo we would not have moved into our forever home. Jo has been amazing. What a journey we have had! It took nearly 8 months to complete due to issues with our buyers sale but we got there, and honestly, without Jo's tenacity and help we probably wouldn't have. To start, Jo came and valued our home, was very professional and friendly and gave us an honest price. We had several other agencies come by who hugely under valued. We went for it with V&B and the house had an offer within 24hours. Throughout Jo has been a fantastic support, very knowledgeable and approachable. Always on the end of the phone/email doing endless chasing for us to finally help us complete. Can't thank V&B enough!!
