GoogleAre the worst agents. No communication between them and with their clients. Only for themselves and for their pockets are interested. I contacted them so many times to finalize the contract and they are still looking for money. I am not the only one who is in my situation and all those people are unhappy of their services.

Ciaran helped us with re-letting our property and provided professional guidance throughout the process. He was quick to respond to any queries we had and we appreciated his honesty when advising us. This efficiency helped us to turn the property around quickly from our previous tenants and to find new occupiers for the date we needed at the required rent. GoogleThis company cost me a thousand pounds + for no service whatsoever the mortgage advisors where pathetic and there solicitors kept money and they shrug there shoulder and say" its a separate company we cant help" well hopefully I can help your customers by by getting them to choose someone else
Dear Mr Wilkinson Thank you for your feedback and we can fully appreciate the frustration you experienced when you were unable to continue buying your chosen property. Whilst no money was paid to Cubitt & West, we wanted to help so have spoken to the solicitor you instructed. They advise that the only sum retained by them was for searches and they made you aware beforehand that they are regrettably non-refundable if your purchase falls through. At times you wonder why the fee is so high but I've seen the hard work put in to first sell our village to our buyers and then through a protracted sale process, keep them on board and engaged until we were able to close a deal.
