GoogleElliott from the Havant Branch of C&W came to see us for the possible marketing of our late mother’s property. We were incredibly impressed by Elliott’s concise presentation and the additional options he offered us with C&W compared to his competitors. Elliott was extremely sensitive when discussing our family home, despite there being obvious improvements required and this was very much appreciated. We had no doubt whatsoever when it came to choosing Elliott, he imbued total confidence, which a very short amount of time proved well-founded. GoogleI would like to thank Lee and his team at the Havant Branch of Cubitt & West for their efforts in getting us on the move. We started our house sale journey initially with another local Agent but it became apparent quiet early on that there wasn’t much action being taken to get buyers to come and look at our home and as a result dashed our hopes in getting moved in the time that we wanted. We employed Cubitt & West after inviting Lee round to discuss what he and his team could do to get us sold and it was clear that there was a plan in place. Within a week we had some viewings which led to us chatting through what the feedback was being given, this alone kept us more informed than we had before which kept us engaged and keen to follow the advice Lee was giving on how to get a buyer. After a few more viewings over the next few weeks, we had received a couple of offers which did lead to us agreeing a sale. What took a few months for us to get nowhere with the previous agent only took a few weeks for Cubitt & West to get us under offer! Great work and Thank you!

Called this branch and spent time with Lauren going through my options and within a few weeks my house had been sold. Unethical, disappointing and uncaring. The flat I rented was managed by them. It had a major electrical danger and fire safety hazard. Instead of addressing the issue, they kept trying to pass the buck to the block management who in turn passed the buck to them. Meanwhile I was living without electricity for three days already and that too with an infant in the house. Did they care? Of course not. Me and family could die for all they care as long as they get to save a few hundred by fobbing me off. Eventually I had no option but to get a pvt electrician and get the thing repaired. He too said it was a fault with the house and not the block. He did say that it needed extended repair and he has applied a band aid of sorts. But cubit and west did not care.i had to eventually vacate the flat and they have still not refunded the money I paid for the repairs. Instead they found a new tenant and got them to pay higher rent than I was paying without even repairing anything!!!! Try and stay away from them if you can.

It must have been difficult to be without power with an infant and we are pleased that our lettings team were able to negotiate an early release from your contract, without any penalties. They have also contacted the Landlord for reimbursement for the repairs.The electrics were checked and confirmed safe by a qualified electrician before re-letting the property and there have been no further issues reported by the new tenant. I have not had many great experiences with Cubit and West, honestly. But Tom Hadlow from the property management dept has been the one shining star in the midst of loads of disappointment. He has been kind, professional, courteous and tried to be helpful. He tried to deliver what he promised but couldn't do so always as his hands were tied by a corrupt organisation. If at all I ever think of using cubit and west again (I'd have to be desperate if I do) it will be because of Tom. All the best to him in his career.

I am a first time buyer and I have been dealing with the Havant branch of Cubitt & West in particular a gentleman called Mo. As a first time buyer it can be a bit daunting but he has been very patient with me, I live outside the area so to have someone who knows the local area as well as he does is so helpful. I have been dealing with a few different estate agents and I have to say, Cubbit & West have been by far the best, from answering my calls so promptly, to answering all my (no doubt silly first time buyer) questions.
