Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. The team made all steps as easy as possible and kept us informed very regularly at every stage. We ended up getting numerous offers in excess of the asking price and would definitely recommend Cubitts for any property moves to family and friends.

Julie Bramble @ Cubitt and West

Julie Bramble (Cubitt and West Southsea) has been a real gem whilst our house has been in the process of being sold. She has been responsive by keeping us in the loop in a timely manner all the way through and has always been polite, friendly, clear and accessable (we called alot!!) to us. Would recommend Julie to everyone....thankyou for making this time as stess free as it possibly could be. Nick & Ali

Excellent Service from Cubitt & West Southsea Office

Very impressed with the service from the Cubitt & West Southsea office and a big thank you for all your efforts in achieving a successful sale. Over the years we had put a lot of effort into lovingly restoring our period apartment and from the start this was understood by Samara and the team. We were impressed by the marketing of our property and the package provided (including 3D tour) did justice to the internal spaces. The level of communication both before and after viewings was excellent. The sale our property was complicated by The Building Safety Act, however, Julie went above and beyond to ensure this was as smooth as possible. We can’t thank Julie enough for her communication skills (and patience), which proved invaluable in negotiating unfamiliar territory, ensuring all parties were kept informed and up to date on progress, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Amazing service from Dan in the lettings team… Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was able to view a house ( working outside his work hours, as I was unable to view the house until the evening due to my own commitments). All phone calls and correspondence were prompt and Dan gave me all the answers I needed to my questions ( I had many 😁).Dan has been professional but also friendly making me feel at ease through a stressful time ( looking for a home and moving is pretty stressful 😳).Thankyou Cubitt and West … 5 stars from me!

Cubitt and West Letting Department.

We use Cubitt and West to market and manage our rental property. Our contact in the Lettings Department is Holly. Holly is always conscientious, patient and polite. If she promises a call back she always fulfils that promise. Tenant vetting is good and we rarely have any vacant time. The service is highly recommended.

Excellent service from the Cranleigh branch

We put our house on the market with the Cranleigh branch and within two weeks of an open house we had accepted an offer. Kerry-Ann and her team were there to support us throughout the whole process. We used their recommended conveyancing who were efficient and easy to use. We would not hesitate to use Cubitt and West again, their local knowledge and understanding of the local market is exemplary.

Great support

Our house sale was always going to be problematic; elderly father moving in with his daughter and son in law over 150 miles away and us needing to sell his old home. Trying to facilitate all this from a long distance was stressful and challenging. However Cubitt and West supported us so well throughout the process and Julie Bramble went above and beyond in order to support us, chase solicitors and paperwork, while constantly updating us due to the sale being 'long distance'. We couldn't have done it without her, thank you.

Happy All Round

No matter what, selling property can be a stressful time, but Julie Bramble navigated the process for both me, and I am also suggesting the purchaser, a dream. Yes there are key steps, open days, inspections and questions, but just leaving the process in Julie's hands, and only engaging in the detail when needed meant - Happy All Round!Thank you Julie for your professionalism.

A great job

From start to finish they were great. They responded quickly to all my questions, listened to what I wanted to achieve and got the house on the market on boxing day and completed on 13th February for the asking price. Professional, efficient and friendly. Great job; thanks Andy for listening to me; Samara for keeping me in the picture and Julie Bramble who pulled it all together and got a very fast completion. Thanks to all the team.

Rental experience with Kamile (Crawley)

Today I moved into my flat after a long period of time looking for the right one. Kamile has been unbelievably kind, caring and diligent! She made every step of the way easy and tailored for our needs. Even with some hiccups along the way they made sure everything could go ahead as planned. I have never had such a lovely experience when looking for flats and if you are to ever have the pleasure of being looked after by Kamile or Ciaran you will have an amazing experience! I simply cannot thank them enough!

Fantastic Selling Experience

Fantastic Selling Experience - From the moment Sayde entered our home we knew he was the right agent for us, He was polite and professional and spoke with such passion about how he would be marketing our home and was really interested in listening to all the finer details so these could be passed onto any prospective buyers. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and felt confident we would have a smooth transaction. Sayde really is an asset to the company and I would not hesitate to use Cubitt and West and especially Sayde Chowdhury again in the future. Thanks again to the whole Team.
