Recently had some issues with our rental property - I dealt with a young lady from your Havant branch, Zoe. She has gone above and beyond and kept us updated every step of the way. She has returned every call and every email until the issues were resolved. She even called today to ensure everything was still fine. Second to none customer service. If only everyone was so helpful!
