GoogleJon was great through the whole marketing and sales process. He had some really difficult potential buyers and handled them extremely well, in my opinion. Eventually, he managed to get me a buyer at a price that surprised and delighted me, because the market was really tough at the time. The whole conveyancing process was smoothe and Jon kept me informed at every stage. All in all, I was very happy with the service I got from Larkham Pike.

Throughout my tenancy, Aimee and Simmone provided amazing support whenever my partner and I had a question or needed help. They were incredibly quick to resolve any house issues, and their communication was always crystal clear. We built a wonderful relationship with Simmone during her regular fire alarm inspections, where we always enjoyed a lovely chat. We felt genuinely cared for and received excellent service.
