From putting our house on the market, to moving in, took exactly 8 weeks & there was 4 properties in the chain.......incredible. Shaun, Michelle & the whole team at Paul Masons went above & beyond to sell our house & ensure the whole selling & buying process went through smoothly. I would 100% recommend them & can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us.

GooglePaul Mason Associates where brilliant from day dot! They was marketing the house we went and looked it, we had decided against it but I couldn’t get the house out of my head. Poor Brooke had to keep dealing with my ‘is it sold yet?’ And questions I kept thinking of. We then decided to put in an offer and started dealing with Paul who was really helpful advising us of where our offer really needed to be to be accepted. We then dealt with Shaun who finished off our negotiating process. The ‘limbo’ mode was handled by Michelle and honestly I wish she was in control of our house sale! She was amazing, 110% on the ball and constantly on both parties solicitors case as let’s be honest, both where quite slow and difficult to get any communication out of. Every single member of staff has been phenomenal and honestly I can’t recommend them enough. If the time ever comes to move, we will definitely be using them!

Although everyone in the office were always willing to help and fill in if said person was on holiday ect. Real people who genuinely care which is 100% what you need considering how stressful moving house can be. I would give 10 stars if I could

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of Paul Mason Associates. Their service was second to none from start to finish. I was always kept informed of what was happening in the process of my sale and any queries were answered almost immediately. I had a very unfortunate experience when the bottom of my chain pulled out on the day of exchange, however within two weeks my house was once again sold and this time went through to completion. They have got the balance of being professional but friendly spot on. This is the third time I have dealt with the team which I think speaks for itself!
