GoogleThey offered me to move in, any date I wanted. I chose 3 weeks later. On the day I was due to move in, they had contractors in. I was then told it that electrical works were needed. There was zero communication from them that this was happening. So I had to return a fridge freezer, and also lost money on people taking time off work to help me. Overall, terrible communication from Stace and Co.

GoogleEveryone we spoke to at Stace and Co were so friendly and helpful and it was no issue when we wanted to view a rental property twice. Helen in particular was amazing. It was a breath of fresh air in comparison to dealing with other letting agents. Their service would have been a big factor in us applying for the property, should we have decided to go ahead. It’s a shame that it wasn’t right for us in the end. I can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleThis company is a joke. They asked me to fill in the lengthy form also asked me to chase up your referees and submit all the documents for referencing. When the referencing has been passed, they did not say anything to me for 4-5days. I chased them up and got a refusal without an explanation. This is clearly a discrimination while I have a good credit history. Clearly, they dont care about their own time and resouces, let alone yours. The company is utmost unprofessional at all and MUST BE AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

FacebookWe are so grateful to Stace & Co for sponsoring our fundraising event this evening. Magic by the Sea at The Stables Theatre and Arts Centre is a sell out show and the generosity of our sponsors means that every ticket sold will go towards supporting local unpaid carers in their caring role #carersweek
