GoogleWe are just about to complete on our house sale in Westfield, and I have been absolutely delighted with the service that we have received from RW&W! A good friend of ours recommended them, as she has used them a number of times over the years, and I am really pleased that we took her advice.
Scott Rea did an excellent job of promoting the house, with a first rate video tour and description of the property. We had a fair number of viewings in the first few weeks, and then after an expected lull during August, things picked up again in September and our eventual buyers showed up.
I am very glad that we took RW&W's advice to drop our purchase price into the next category down, and fortunately our buyers were in a position to move very quickly indeed ... just under 6 weeks from accepted offer to completion!
Throughout the whole process we have been kept very well informed by all the staff at RW&W, in particular Amie Kendrick, Julie Symonds and Liam Nixon, and they have also liaised regularly with our solicitors.

Scott impressed us from the very first meeting with his professionalism and keen eye for detail. The marketing of our home was excellent, the photography was fantastic and the 360° virtual tour was particularly impressive.
Amie was brilliant throughout the sale. Exceptionally organised, proactive and always one step ahead, keeping us updated on the whole chain and coming up with solutions whenever anything needed moving forward. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Selling a house can be stressful, but having such a proactive and professional team behind us made a huge difference.

GoogleWe went with Rush Witt and Wilson after having been promised the world (and let down!) by Purple Bricks and another local agent who both took on the sale but don’t really do much after that. Immediately after going with RWW we had many viewings and not long after had an offer in. Beth Humphreys took care of our sale along with Liam and both were very switched on and keen to get us the sale we wanted. Everything went smoothly and we completed in around 12 weeks. Cannot recommend these agents highly enough, would definitely use again for our next sale!

Our previous agent had been hard to get hold of but from the moment I telephoned the Hastings office of Rush Witt & Wilson I have been delighted at the speed, efficiency and enthusiasm of all the staff I have encountered, particularly Scott. On the day I telephoned, he came within a couple of hours, took brilliant photos and an impactful video which were sent straight to me for approval, then one of his team advised me they could leap into marketing the property once I was no longer under obligation to the previous agent.
In just one week Scott has already achieved several viewings, one a second viewing, and kept me informed throughout. I am hopeful that despite the tough market conditions he will strive to achieve the best possible price, which we would welcome. We trust his judgement and will follow his advice.
